A thread where we post things we find humorous, and maybe discuss whether or not we find them funny because of our Ne. One thing I find hilarious for some reason is Paul Blart memes: [ source] [ source] [ source] [ source] I'm not sure why these are so flippin' funny to me, though I'm sure it's something to do with me Ne. Maybe it's the fact that these edits came from absolutely nowhere? Maybe it's the obscenity? Maybe it's the sheer goofiness of Kevin James' screaming face? *shrugs* Well, have fun!

I think that memes with screaming faces on them always makes me laugh. The memes are madness!... No... This... is...

lol! skuagrey, I guess there couldn't be a more Ne beginning/thread to inaugurate the forum! xD I wonder if one of the reasons for those kinds of memes and videos being so amusing and funny for us might be that they epitomize the way things pop up in our minds on a daily basis and all at once embody and generate momentum/excitement by typifying the sort of situational tangents and parodies we feel at home with. They might also unconsciously bring to us a feeling of 'resonance' and 'lovely surprise' when we see our type of 'craziness'/'humor' being materialized by a completely unknown person (who made the meme, gif, video), as we don't often come accross it in the world in our daily lives, like, in the streets, working, studying, etc. Also, I guess it sparkles the silliness of the silly/serious switch that is often attributed to our type (the famous ENFP silly/serious switch - the old typology world got that right about us imo) and we are so open to any stimuli that sparkles that switch of ours. I love the 'absurd' - what a great form of humor, probably my favorite. When you are alone do you guys sometimes catch your minds in that sort of loop that is fueled by the trains of related tangents that pop up at high speedy and end up laughing out loud? When I was a teenager that took me to the embarrassing habit of frequently having episodes of bursting in attacks of laughter when walking alone in the streets for that reason. It is as if my mind sometimes works very similarly to those memes but in constant change of frames and that felt to me as amusing to experience as seeing memes online, it has an element of surprise as it feels like the flow of absurd associations is not fully generated by me but by a part of me (Ne), like, truly poping up first hand to myself - it's the crazy feeling of (at the same time) being the creator and the spectator that has no idea of what is coming next, and watches the unfolding in awe. 0.o

A video that amuses me, probably made by an Ne-lead. This video is so Ne that it could serve as an introductory (and traumatizing to some?) class about how Ne operates for people/newbies who are clueless about what Ne is about. Funnily, Ne is here overbearingly applied in a territory that is plain Si: History.

Omg, Princess Ariel. That video was hilarious. I seriously would be fine if all my history was learned in this matter.
